1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Printly ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Printly provides a Chrome browser extension and desktop print agent ("Agent") that detects auction wins on Whatnot.com and automatically sends print jobs to a local thermal printer. The Service includes a web dashboard at printlyapp.me for managing settings, viewing win history, and managing your subscription.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Printly uses email-based one-time codes for authentication — there is no password.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Printly offers a free trial (200 labels) and paid monthly plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or tamper with the extension or agent; (b) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (c) resell or sublicense access to the Service; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with Whatnot.com, Stripe (payments), and Supabase (data storage). Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. Printly is not affiliated with Whatnot, Inc.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy at printlyapp.me/privacy. We collect only the data necessary to operate the Service: your email address, auction win data (buyer name, item, price), and printer usage counts.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Printly does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of win detection, or compatibility with all thermal printers or future Whatnot interface changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
