Printly collects only what's needed to operate the service: • Email address — used to send your login code and identify your subscription • Device ID — a random identifier generated on your computer, used to enforce the 2-device limit • Session token — stored locally on your device to keep you signed in • Stripe billing data — managed entirely by Stripe; we never see your card number We do NOT collect: browsing history, Whatnot account credentials, buyer data, or any data from your live streams.
Your email is used to: • Send a one-time login code when you sign in • Link your Stripe subscription to your Printly account Your device ID is used only to enforce the 2-device limit per subscription. We do not track devices beyond this.
Email addresses, device IDs, and session tokens are stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS in the US). Auth codes expire after 10 minutes. Sessions expire after 30 days. We use Stripe for all payment processing — their privacy policy applies to billing data.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except: • Stripe — for payment processing • Resend — to send login code emails (your email address only) • Supabase — database hosting All providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@printlyapp.me. We will delete your email, device records, and session tokens within 7 days.
Printly stores your settings, win history, and session token locally on your device using Electron's built-in storage. This data never leaves your device except for the session token used to validate your subscription.
