Printly ("we", "our", "us") provides a desktop print agent and Chrome extension that helps Whatnot live sellers automatically print shipping labels when auction wins are detected. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
The Printly Chrome extension runs only on whatnot.com. It monitors WebSocket messages and DOM changes to detect auction win events during your live selling sessions. The extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. Win data (buyer username, item name, price) is sent only to the Printly Print Agent running locally on your own computer — it never leaves your machine via the extension.
The Printly desktop print agent runs locally on your computer. It communicates with our servers only to validate your session token and record label usage counts (for plan limits). No auction data, buyer names, or personal information from your Whatnot sessions is transmitted to our servers.
When you create a Printly account, we collect your email address. We use this to send you a login code and, if subscribed, billing receipts via Stripe. We do not sell or share your email with third parties.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Printly does not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data.
Win records shown in your dashboard are stored in our database and associated with your account. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@printlyapp.me.
