Getting Started
Do I need to install anything?
Just the Printly desktop app — download it for Mac or Windows, sign in with your email, and you're ready. Whatnot loads inside the app — no Chrome extension needed.
How do I sign in?
Printly uses passwordless email sign-in. Enter your email, we send you a 6-digit code, and you're in. No password to remember.
Does it work on Mac and Windows?
Yes. Printly runs on Mac (Apple Silicon and Intel, macOS 12+) and Windows (10/11).
Printing & Printers
What printers are supported?
Any printer your computer can see — Dymo LabelWriter, Zebra, Rollo, MUNBYN, and standard thermal printers. If it shows up in your printer list, Printly can print to it.
What label sizes does Printly support?
We support 4×6, 2×3, 1×3, 2×1, thermal 58mm, and more. You can change your label size anytime from the app settings.
Can I print multiple copies per win?
Yes. Set your copies count in Settings — useful if you need a packing slip and a shipping label from the same win.
Why isn't my label printing?
Make sure Printly is open and you're signed in, your printer is on and selected in Settings. The win feed shows any errors next to each entry.
Can I reprint a label?
Yes — click the reprint icon on any win in the win feed.
Win Detection
How does Printly detect wins?
Whatnot runs inside the Printly app. Printly monitors the Whatnot session in real time — when you win an auction it captures the buyer name, item, and price and prints automatically.
Is my Whatnot login safe?
Completely. Printly never asks for your Whatnot password. You log in to Whatnot normally inside the app and stay logged in.
Does Printly work for all Whatnot show types?
Yes — standard live auctions, blind boxes, and fixed-price items. As long as the win appears in your Whatnot feed, Printly detects it.

How much does Printly cost?
Printly is $24.99/month with a 7-day free trial. No credit card required for the trial. Cancel anytime.
What's included?
Everything — unlimited labels, all label sizes, Mac & Windows desktop app, live win feed, full history, and priority support.
What happens after the free trial?
If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged $24.99. You can cancel anytime from your billing page — no fees, keep access until the period ends.
What counts as a label?
Each successful print job counts as one label. Reprints also count. You have unlimited labels on the paid plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page with one click. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
Troubleshooting
Wins aren't printing.
Make sure the Printly app is open and you're signed in. Check that a printer is selected in Settings. The win feed shows any error messages next to each entry.
I'm not receiving my OTP email.
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, wait 60 seconds and try again — codes expire in 10 minutes. Still nothing? Email hello@printlyapp.me.
My label prints but looks wrong.
Go to Settings → Label Size and make sure it matches your physical label. Also check that your printer's paper size setting matches.
Mac says "can't be opened" when launching Printly.
Right-click (or Control-click) the Printly app → Open → click Open in the dialog. This is expected for apps signed outside the Mac App Store.
